About Seller Top Gear Accessories is situated in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and was founded in 1997. Initial trading was as a retail store selling 4x4 accessories, parts, vehicle mount winches, and 'flip-down' LCD TV's (for cars, SUV's and minivans) - a product new to the Canadian market that year. Over time we have evolved into more of an international trading company, buying and selling products both locally and abroad.
