Born in Marin County, and trained at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America, not the other one), Jim has spent over 20 years preparing some pretty mind-blowing good food for people. The three "R"s of Jim Real As in, eat real food. The kind that comes from farmers. Locally sourced. No ingredients you can't pronounce. Respect Live and work in a sustainable way.
